How client information is handled, in plain terms.
Trust starts with knowing exactly who has access to what, and why. Here is a straightforward explanation of our practices.
Confidentiality by agreement
Every assistant and operations lead signs a confidentiality agreement before being assigned to a client account. Client information, including customer records, business processes, and communications, is treated as confidential and is not shared outside the engagement.
Scoped access
Assistants are granted access only to the specific systems and records required for their assigned tasks. Credentials are issued per engagement and reviewed on a regular basis, and access is revoked immediately when a task or engagement ends.
Data handling practices
Client data is not stored on personal devices or transferred outside approved, agreed-upon systems. Where clients operate in regulated environments, such as healthcare administration, work is structured around the access and handling requirements those environments call for.
Communication security
Client communication runs through agreed channels rather than personal email or messaging accounts, so activity stays auditable and recoverable if a handoff or review is ever needed.
Information collected through this website
The contact form on this site collects the name, email address, company, and message details a visitor chooses to submit. That information is used only to respond to the inquiry and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
